Many times we are faced with great challenges in our lives, be it people, things, or circumstances that cause us to bail-out, give-up, or retreat to our old worldly ways, tactics and habits. But I am here today to tell you that the battle is not yours but the Lord’s. 2 Chron. 20:15. Don’t let your heart faint in the midst of the storm but let your anchor hold. Deut. 20:3. We are to be still and know that He is God. Psalm 46:10. Victory is His. They came with their shiny swords and spears but we came with our weapon of warfare that is not carnal but mighty to the pulling down of strong holds, casting down imaginations, and every lofty thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every THOUGHT to the obedience of Christ. 2 Cor 10:4-5. The battle is within and not without. You must not just believe in God but believe God no matter what! Amen and Amen.
